Rooted in a 2,500-year-old healing tradition, Traditional Thai massage (Nuad Bo Rarn) blends acupressure, assisted stretching, and yoga-inspired movement along the body's energy lines. Using hands, knees, legs, and feet, your therapist works deep muscle compression and joint mobilization to relieve pain, boost circulation, ease headaches, and improve flexibility — while calming the mind.
The classic relaxation massage. Long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and light-to-medium pressure work together to release everyday muscle tension, improve circulation, and melt away stress. Ideal if you want a soothing, full-body reset without deep pressure.
Targeted, firm pressure reaches the deepest layers of muscle and connective tissue to break up chronic tension and adhesions. Using fingers, fists, and elbows, this therapy is well suited for chronic pain, tight shoulders and back, and recovery from sports or repetitive strain.

Here are a few easy parking options near our Suite 155 location on S. Coast Hwy 101.
Underground Public Parking at 687 S. Coast Hwy 101, on F Street. See pictures for more details. Once parked, take the stairwell up one level. You will then face Dudek, just take a right around the corner of Turn Zero Sim Racing and our suite (155) is just three doors down. We are the door between Flora Blanc Nail and SweatDreams.
Train station parking behind Talay Thai Massage, along S. Vulcan Ave. Free parking. Sometimes this lot can be full, but most of the time customers are able to find open spots. Once parked, walk northward along South Vulcan Ave, then make a left at East E Street. Make another left into the open walkway between SOM Aesthetics and Thrifty Thread. Talay Thai Massage is the suite right next Flora Blanc Nail, (Suite 155).
Metered and free street parking is also available along S. Coast Hwy 101 and the surrounding side streets, just a short walk from our door.
